Fire Prevention Week - - Fire Safety
In celebration of Fire Prevention Week, Lin-Wood Public School in Lincoln NH, in coordination with the Granite State Distance Learning Network (GSDLN), will be hosting a "Fire Safety" videoconference. The presenter is Mr. Chris Rousseau, a captain at the New Hampshire Fire Training Academy in Concord.
The videoconference is geared towards grades 3-5. Topics will include basic fire safety in the home, having and practicing a fire escape plan, stop-drop-roll, a safety video, a question/answer period, and more. This should be a very informative program for all students involved.
Lin-Wood and GSDLN invite other New Hampshire schools to connect and share this presentation. There is a limit of 6 connecting sites so you will want to act on this announcement right away.
